By far the best dentist and office I've been to over my years. The group always make me feel welcome, always listening, and making sure that any stress or anxiety I had with dentists growing up is gone. Will always recommend them over anyway one else! I look forward to my next visit!

Let me preface this by stating that I'm no longer a patient. I had become a patient a few years ago when my dentist retired and the records ended up with Dr. Renner (who is fabulous). Lindsay (hygienist) is also wonderful. I decided to leave the practice after my visit in 2025 - I was called the day before my appointment and told I needed to reschedule due to a staff member being absent. I understand that, but was moved roughly three months out and with a different hygienist. I was fine with this and under the assumption I would be scheduled back with Lindsay for the visit following. I called to confirm that my next scheduled appointment was with her and was rudely told "I can make a note but I cannot guarantee that." I'm not sure how that's not possible when you're scheduling for *each* hygienist - it isn't a random "pull a name out of the hat" for appointments. That was unfortunately my final straw and solidified my decision to transfer. Melissa (who appears to may longer be employed here) had been rude time and time again (see the other reviews) and I felt as if I couldn't even call if I had a problem. I'm not paying someone to be rude to me. I never felt welcomed when arrivin

I love the ladies at River City Dentistry. Everyone is sweet and friendly. Dr. Renner is very professional and friendly all at the same time. I have visited other Dentist’s offices in the area and River City is by far the best.
